  Waiting for the Right Time

Careful attention to the wind and not
getting in too close was the price Kevin
had to pay to harvest this 150 class 12 pointer.
Despite lots of sign and trail cam pictures of big
bucks, he waited until Thursday morning of the
second week to hunt this property.		    
  The Value of a Sanctuary

Is it luck or do sanctuary's really pay off?
This buck was harvested right on the doorstep of
one of our sanctuaries; the same one that Keith
took his monster in the year before.		    
  Another Piece of the Puzzle!

hunt this year helped us find one of the missing pieces
to the big puzzle. Studying the land and never believing

our bear hunt. Great hosts, great weather,

of Ontario, shooting does is necessary to help the
health of the herd, not to mention the great table fare.

We spend so much time each year
in pursuit of these animals that it's only right we honour
them in a way that will last a lifetime. We want to share

  An Afternoon Double

Two years in a row, Kevin and Paul have
started the year off with a double on nice toms.
This kind of success is the result of a lot of
scouting and patterning the birds.		    
  The Stand-Off!

Having just chased off a trespasser that was
working a big tom, Keith decided to go after
the same bird. After a two hour stand-off,
this big tom finally stepped into range.		    
  Public Land Bird

It was late in the season and Keith still
had a tag in his pocket. Fighting the bugs,
he ventured out mid-day on public land and
brought home this great tom.		    
  A Silent Tom

With one tag left, Kevin was determined to
end his season on Saturday. He hunted hard until
noon before he finished off with this tom that
came in completely silent.		    
  A Mixed Double

Hunting with good friends, Devon Homick and
Mike Devos, Paul and Keith had two days of great
turkey hunting. On the first morning, Paul and
Devin had a great double on two nice toms.
